Club Visits and Operational Support
A Bobby Jones Links Vice President of Operations or Co-Founder will visit your club to support the implementation of the business plan and track key action items. Additionally, BJL’s subject-matter experts in agronomy, food and beverage, marketing, and other relevant disciplines will visit the property and maintain regular contact with department heads to ensure alignment and momentum.
Board Meeting Attendance
Our Vice President of Operations, along with other senior leaders as needed, will attend board meetings in person or virtually to provide strategic updates, address questions, and support governance requirements.
Comprehensive Monthly Client Letter
Each month, BJL will deliver a highly detailed client letter that includes:
  • A Financial Summary
  • Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Cost of Sales Report
  • Operational Highlights
  • Departmental Updates (Food and Beverage, Agronomy, Golf, Membership, Marketing, and Other Amenities)
Weekly Pod Calls
Your General Manager will participate in a weekly pod call with our Vice President of Operations and fellow General Managers. These calls are invaluable for sharing insights, learning best practices, and building a collaborative leadership culture.
Weekly Dashboard Reporting
Each week, we will provide a dashboard report that tracks revenue against budget and highlights key performance indicators, including red flags, green flags, and operational priorities, keeping you informed in real-time, without waiting for monthly financials.
