Our human resources team ensures our associates are recruited, onboarded, trained, and guided professionally, recognizing that the people at your property are the most important asset. Through Caddyshack, our online store for best practices and HR resources, our club leaders can access a multitude of training aids, manuals, forms, and files they need for this key area.
BJL will handle hiring all staff, supported by our Human Resources team based at the Support Center in Atlanta. Our aim is to retain the current staff to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing service to our customers and members. When needed, we focus on hiring locally to fill open positions, utilizing local knowledge and relationships.
