Bobby Jones Links' finance and accounting group, based in our Club Support Center in Atlanta, will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing comprehensive accounting and financial reporting, which includes balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, cost of sales reports, and all balance sheet reconciliations.  We adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards for accounting practices, ensuring consistency, transparency, and comparability in our financial reporting.

We are fluent in all major POS systems, and we don’t require a club to adopt a specific POS system. Our cloud-based Sage Intacct and Bill.com software for processing payables and payroll enables our club leaders to input and analyze data faster and more efficiently than ever, allowing them to spend more time in other important areas, such as serving customers and members.

We conduct regular reviews and internal audits. Our company utilizes a third-party accounting system that meets SOC 1 and 2 security standards.

BJL offers comprehensive accounts payable services, managing receivables that include invoicing, collections, sales and use tax filings, bank account reconciliations, posting journal entries, and updating the general ledger.

BJL has developed systems to prevent, detect, and reduce customer and employee theft. These include surprise inventory and cash audits, cash handling procedures, required receipts at the first tee, payroll audits, automated range ball dispensers, and video cameras, among others.

BJL will establish an exclusive operating account for the club that is not commingled with any of BJL’s other clubs or accounts.

We customize our system and procedures for your club in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, point of sale, and financial reporting.

We process and manage all payroll through our long-time vendor, Paycom.

We base our business plans on highly detailed and sophisticated financial models and budgets.

A snapshot of revenues versus the budget, including red flags, green flags, and other valuable information, will be submitted to you weekly.
