The tree-lined, walkable championship Edmund B. Ault design stretches to 6,659 yards and is flanked by a driving range, practice green and chipping and practice bunker area. The property also includes the popular Mulligan’s Pointe Bar & Grill, a lively destination for live music on weekends, trivia nights, music, bingo, and themed parties. The venue, with facilities accommodating up to 300 guests, is also popular for weddings, banquets, fundraisers, and corporate events. After its acquisition by Pete Townsend and Michelle DePalma-Townsend in 2018, the former Sussex Pines Country Club was transformed into a public facility focused on community involvement and accessibility.
