Jason Kuiper Named Top 50 Kids Coach By U.S. Kids Golf

Director of Instruction at Bobby Jones Golf Course Selected for Top 50 Kids Coach Award

Atlanta, Ga. – Bobby Jones Golf Course’s Director of Instruction, Jason Kuiper, has been awarded as a Top 50 Kids Coach by U.S. Kids Golf. The award honors professionals who have dedicated themselves to coaching junior golf and excelled in helping younger players learn the fundamentals of golf. Kuiper has created a positive learning environment and committed his time to helping advance students’ skillsets.

Through his outstanding coaching abilities and achievements, Kuiper has been recognized as the North Florida PGA Section Assistant Golf Professional of the Year in 2014 and received honorable mentions as a US Kids “Top 50” Teacher in 2013, 2016, and 2017. Prior to his current position at Bobby Jones Golf Course, Kuiper brings four years of experience serving as the Director of Instruction at the Woodloch Golf Performance Academy in Pennsylvania.  In addition to 10 years of industry experience, Kuiper was the Head Teaching Professional at the McCord Golf Academy in Florida. Kuiper holds a Master of Business Administration from Moravian College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Since 2004, the Top 50 Kids Coach Award has honored and recognized golf professionals from 25 states and several international countries. U.S. Kids Golf is the world’s leading organization for growing, promoting and enhancing golf among youth and families.

Founded in 1997, U.S. Kids Golf offers three distinct lines of clubs in up to nine sizes, hosts more than 1500 tournaments – including the U.S. Kids Golf World Championship held annually in Pinehurst, NC, and has over 1,400 members as part of its Coaches Institute. Additionally, the organization is active in several projects and campaigns designed to grow the sport among important demographics. In 2018, U.S. Kids Golf was recognized by the National Golf Foundation as one of the “Top 100 Businesses in Golf” based on influence, innovation, and social good among other criteria.
